Nice man-made snow @ Keystone rendered a pretty sweet, very early opening day for the 2019-2020 ski season. The recent storm covered the hills but it was the new snow-making gear and the Snake River that yielded a full blanket from Dercum Summit to the bottom of Montezuma lift. It wasn't even that crowded in the AM but I only stayed a couple hours and 10Kft of vert for the novelty. The new snow gear offered a much better ride than the ABay "white ribbon of death" which was our normal opening day snow. Wahoo.
The knee is a bit sketchy, even in the brace but that's OK as I'm on Medicare now! Plus there's alway anesthetics to be applied from ORB - really this is a taste test (6 IPAs available in cans, of which I chose 3 to for the pending White Rim trip) and purchase of some "incentives." :)
