Wind & High Flow @ PT 09Apr17
Flows topped 800cfs as my hat blew off entering the PT. I arrived mid-AM hoping for more but after landing a couple of small rainbows up from Valco ponds on RS2s, I headed home. Too much wind and too much water. I could not cross the river or access many lies.
